Shri Angarsiddha Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Angar’s Baburao Patil College of Arts and science ,angar was established in the year 2001. Senior College of Shri Angarsiddha Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Angar. As per the Vision of Loknete Baburao (Anna) Patil and founder member honorable Rajanji Patil ,We are trying to spreads the higher education in the rural areas .I feel that this college has progressed right from the beginning to a glorious destination today and going to reach their set goals in future .
The college has the vision of Comprehensive Development through Education and Spread of Education, Inculcation of values and overall personality development of students from rural area.
Baburao Patil College of Arts and science ,Anger has several achievements like NAAC Accreditation ‘B’ grade in 2017. 2(f) Status in 2016.
The number of Students of enrolled during this academic year is more than 500. I am proud to mention that the college has stabled the use of ICT in administration ,teaching –learning process. A ‘Digital Library ‘are established to benefit the students services
The college organizes Two national conference. Along with the academic .research, co-curricular achievements , the college has crossed the landmark in social work. Tree plantation ,superstition extermination ,Socio-economic survey of neighborhood community and swachh bharat abhiyan etc.are remarkable activities conducted by college NSS unit. Also the players from department of physical education won the gold, silver &bronze medals in various levels sports events . I am confident that college will progress in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities in the same pace as in academics.
I give full credit for the progress of this college to the College Development Committee of this college along with office bearers have been assisting the principal with a positive attitude. I am gland to mention that the all teaching and non-teaching staff members have contributed to the success and achievement of Baburao Patil College of Arts and science ,Anger.
